Was your product included with your system?

You should request support and warranty service for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products directly from the PC manufacturer. If your Creative product came preinstalled in or distributed with your computer system, then it is likely that you have an OEM product. OEM products are often specifically customized for the PC manufacturer that ships them.

Our extensive Knowledge Base includes a variety of general support information that ranges from "how-to" articles and general installation instructions that may also apply to your OEM product. In some cases, OEM drivers can even be found on our site for a limited number of products. However, unless a Knowledge Base article or driver listing states it is for your specific OEM product, you should always contact your original supplier for all hardware, driver, and other technical issues.
